Netflix Released The New Comedy Series " The Good Cop ", with Producers and Main Cast Attending the Premiere in The Big Apple…!
NEW YORK, NY(SMIWIRE,09.21.18)-Netflix, the American streaming company provider, released a new comedy series globally today, " The Good Cop ", a ten episodes written by Andy Breckman, with main cast & producers attending the premiere at the AMC theatre, in New York City.
" The Good Cop ", is a new Netflix original comedy series created by Andy Breckman, based on the Israeli show of the same name created by Erez and Tomer Aviram and produced by Yoav Gross. The premiere took place this evening with main cast; Tony Danza (Plays, Tony Sr.), Josh Groban(Plays, Tony Jr.), Monica Barbaro (Plays, Cora Vazquez), Bill Kottkamp (Plays, Ryan ), Isiah Whitlock Jr.(Plays Loomis), and Executive Producers Andy Breckman, Howard Klein, and Randy Zisk, attended and walked the red carpet for this global premiere of " The Good Cop" at the AMC Theatre in the heart of Manhattan.

Tony Danza as Tony Caruso Sr. - Plays a reformed dirty cop who just got out of prison and is trying to fight for redemption. He had a second chance to partner with his son Tony as an NYPD civilian consultant and knows the ins and out of the underworld.

Josh Groban as Tony Caruso Jr. - Plays a by the book cop whose father just got out of jail for his dirty cop deeds. His father is fighting for redemption and so he reluctantly becomes his partner on a case that he is working on.

In The Good Cop, Tony Danza plays Big Tony, a disgraced, former NYPD officer who never followed the rules. He lives with his son, TJ, an earnest, obsessively honest NYPD detective whomakes a point of always following the rules. This “odd couple” become unofficial partners as Tony Sr. offers his overly-cautious son blunt, street-wise advice.
