NEW YORK, NY (SMI-ENTERTAINMENT-MARCH 02-12, 2023)-The annual festival "Rendez-Vouz with French Cinema " that features the best of contemporary French film
kicked-off with " Revoir Paris " opening its 28th edition and director Alice Winocour walking the red carpet alongside 48th Cesar Award winner(2023) for Best Actress " Virginie Efira " at Walter Reade Theater, Lincoln Center in New York City.
The Rendez-Vouz with French Cinema is a collaboration between Unifrance and Film at Lincoln Center, and organized by Florence Almozini(Sr. Dir. Programming for Film at Lincoln Center) and Maddie Whittle (Exec. Dir. of Unifrance).
This year festival will feature 21 of the best films during a 10-day slate from March 02-12, and for the US audience to experience the French cinematography landscape with a delegation around 30+ VIP guests in attendance and special talks that display diverse and modern point of views of emerging and acclaimed directors.
