PHILADELPHIA, PA (SMI-GLOBAL-SPORTS-JUNE 14-JULY 13, 2025) Top-ranked Italian Serie A club "Juventus FC" (Italy) overpower Wydad AC(Morroco) 4-1, to claim its 2nd victory of the tournament & total 6-points for first place in Group G, at Lincoln Financial Field Stadium.

The Italians who routed Al Ain (UAE) 5-0, on its first game in Group G, Wed. June 18, picked-up where they left-off and scored on its first counter-attack with defender A. Boutouil deflecting a shot from striker Kenan Yildiz that ended in back of the net  for his own goal (OG) and put Juventus in front 1-0, at 06' mark.

"I Bianconeri" kept the pressure and ten minute later the second goal arrived through forward Kenan Yildiz who scored from 20-yards away with a right-footed canon to the upper-right goalpost corner after receiving a pass from defender Andra Cambiaso to make it 2-0, for Juventus over Wydad at 16' mark.  

Wydad AC answered back with a goal on their own through midfielder Thembinkosi Lorch at 25' mark. The play was originated through the left-side field from free-throw to forward Nordin Amrabat who immediately passed it to Thembinkos who was running on the play and flicked over a shot over goalkeeper M. Di Gregorio ending in back of the net and cut the deficit 2-1, in favor of Juventus at the half. 

In the second half, Juventus took control of the ball and game with continuous offensive attack without any major danger till Striker Kenan Yildiz scored his 2nd goal of the game and third of the tournament to put Juventus ahead 3-1, at 69' mark.

Forward R. Kolo Muani on a breakaway through the left-side field evaded two defenders and squeezed a pass inside the penalty box to Yildiz who was coming on the run and after evading defender A. Boutouil, kicked a right-footed lower rolling shot to the right-goal post  to make it 3-1, for Juventus.  

With the game-clock winding down and in Stoppage time, defender Ferreira De Oliveira brought down Juventus' forward Dušan Vlahović inside the 18' for a penalty call that was executed by Vlahovic himself to seal the victory and final score of 4-1, for Juventus over Wydad A.C.
