Rock & Roll Hall of Famer & Co-Founder of ACDC's " Malcolm Young " Pass Away at 64 ! 

NEW YORK(SMI-WIRE,11.18.17)Rock & Roll Hall of Famer & Co-Founder of the renowned Australian band ACDC " Malcolm Young ", pass away today at 64.He was the guitarist and song-writer of the Hall of Fame Band  "ACDC" and it was noted by his family "that he suffered from dementia for several years and that he died peacefully by his family at his bedside".

 

Malcolm Young was one of the most important rhythm guitarists in the history of hard rock. As the co-founder and imaginative force behind AC/DC, Young created some of the most striking riffs that served as the backbone of the group's array of hit songs such as "Highway To Hell," "You Shook Me All Night Long," and "Back In Black."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Young earned seven GRAMMY®nominations throughout his career, and was awarded the Best Hard Rock Performance GRAMMY for AC/DC's "War Machine" for 2009.
