Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Sparkles on Its 2023-97th Edition in the Big Apple....!

NEW YORK, NY(SMI-GLOBAL-ENTERTAINMENT-NOV. 22-24, 2023)-The 2023 annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade concluded its 97th edition in grandiose  style with a sensational line-up of performers; Jon Batiste (Grammy & Oscar award winning artist) kicked-off the parade and Sher(Global Pop Icon & Aka " Goddess of Pop" closing-out with an astounding performance at Macy's 34St in NYC.

 

The parade was broadcasted live nationwide by NBC and co-hosted by Al Roker alongside NBC "TODAY" show anchors Savannah Guthrie & Hoda Kotb.

 

The 97th edition of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade began with opening performance by Jon Batiste at 08:30am for the first time in their history of the parade. Six new balloons from Beagle Scout Snoopy, Blue Cat Chugs, Leo, Monkey D. Luffy, The Pillsbury Doughboy and Uncle Dan made their debut at the parade joining the festivities alongside the standard balloons.

 

There were also 6-new floats that joined the parade this year : Camp Snoopy, Good Burger Mobile, Igniting Memories, Mutant Mayhem, Palace of Sweets, the deliciously delectable world of Wonka, and a Camper Clowns made its debut in the Clown Crews group.

 

Performers included : Alex Smith, Amanda Shaw, Ashley Park,Bell Viv Devoe, Brandi, Cher, Chicago, David Foster & Katherine McPhee, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors , Enhypen, En Vogue, Jarabi Banks, Jessie JAmes Decker,Jon Batiste, Manuel Turizo, Mis America Grance Stanke, Paul Russell, and Pentatonix.  

 

 

Thanksgiving is an  American tradition national holiday that takes place on the fourth Thursday in November every year, a celebration on being thankful and grateful for the blessing of the year including the harvest. This holiday is known for being a family celebration in private and it's also celebrated in public with large crowd attending the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in the Big Apple.
