NEW YORK, NY(SMI-GLOBAL-ENTERTAINMENT SEPT. 24-26, 2024)-Rising-Star US film director, writer & producer " Simon Hacker" with producer and former NBA player " Gordon Hayward" debuted their first feature film with the world premiere of " Notice To Quit " last Tues. Sept 24, with full crew and cast in attendance at the AMC in NYC.
 
Hacker and Hayward who are Co-partners in their film production Whiskey Creek, will release its first film " Notice to Quit" as a distributor with scheduled theatrical release on Friday September 27, on 400+ theaters nationwide across the US. 
 
 
" Notice to Quit" is a comedy-drama film where an out of work actor Andy Singer played by Michael Zegen( The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," ) turned into apartment realtor agent, find himself struggling to meet ends meet and his world come crashing down when he faces his own eviction and his 10-year old daughter Anna played by Kasey Bella Suarez,  suddenly appears at his doorstep unexpected in the process being thrown-out of his apartment in NYC.

The film narrates a touching comedy of misfortune during the brutal heat of a single summer day. It also captures the relentless hustle of New York City life as Andy races against time to save his home and rebuild his fractured relationship with his daughter Anna as his get-rich-quick schemes and worn out employment are thrown into a fragile high gear.
