NEW YORK, NY (SMI-BUSINESS-01.19-01.22.22)-The National Retail Federation, known as the largest retail trade association in the world, and " The Voice of Retail" hosted it 112th annual " Retail's Big Show 2022 ", with thousand in-live person attendees from the US and around the world over the past weekend (January 16-18), after it went virtual in 2021, due to Covid-19 global pandemic, showcasing a sensational program during its 4-day expo-conference that included diversity, equity and Inclusion and a full conference session discussions with industry leaders representing numerous Fortune-500 companies at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
Retail's Big Show
Founded in 1911 and celebrating its 112th edition, the "Retail's Big Show" is the largest and oldest annual retail conference in the US, that takes place during a 4-day in the Month of January at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City.
This annual expo plays host and gather thousands of attendees of the retail industry from the US and around the world occupying over 700 booths, scheduled events that includes; a welcoming opening gala, educational lectures, networking, guest speakers, new tech exhibitions and innovation labs.
There were several full conference session events during the 4-days expo where leaders from the Tech, Food Consumer and Apparel industry discussed on different subjects regarding their business brands and strategies for growth.

A conversation with PepsiCo Foods CEO Steven Williams
Steven Williams is the Pepsico Foods CEO and has been with the company for 25 years. He oversees the Pepsico' snack and convenient food division including Frito-Lay North America(FLNA) and Quaker Foods North America (QFNA) with annual revenues ranging close to $21 billion, and a diversified of iconic brands such as Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Ruffles, Fritos, Stacy’s Pita Chips, SunChips and QuakerOats.
Stevens talked about brand evolving and his leadership style running the PepsiCo Food division at the full conference session " Lesson learned from CPG to accelerate growth for future success " and shared some words of wisdom of what he implemented to keep the company growth during the Covi-19 pandemic.
