" Jenson Brooksby " Get Their First Win In The Opening Round
of The 2019 US Open…..!
NEW YO,NY(SMI-SPORTS,08.26.19)-Twenty-two US professional tennis players, 12 women and 10 men combined, participated today in the first round of the 2019 US Open Men's and Women' single tennis tournament, with Serena Williams leading the pack with a victory over Maria Sharapova for the women, and Jenson Brooksby defeating Thomas Berdych (Czech in ) for the men, during an opening day record crowd of 68,000 in US Open history at Flushing Meadows, NY.
Serena Williams, who has won 23 Grand-Slam Women' single crowns in her career and recently retired from the 2019 Canadian OPen finals against Bianca Andreescu due to an injury, looked very good physically and mentally this evening against Maria Sharapova.
Her serves looked very impressive and her stand in the court seemed to be very solid like she was completly healthy again.Williams showed an explosive serve and her game rhythm with her forehand and backhand worked pretty good defeating Sharapova very easily in two sets (61,6-1) for her first win of the tournament.

Caty McNally Defeated Timea Bacsinsky(Swiss) (6-4,6-1)
WTA#20 Sofia Kenin Defeated CoCo Vandeweghe (7-6,6-3)
WTA #52. Venus Williams Defeated Zheng Saisai (China) (6-1,6-0)
Lauren Davis Defeated Johanna Larsson (Sweden)(7-5,6-2)
Rising star " Jenson Brooksby ", the 18-years old from California who keeps making waves for being the only men in the US make into the main draw this year, overcame Thomas Berdych (Czech) in four long sets (6-1,2-6,6-4,6-4) and advancing to the second round to play Nikoloz Basilashvili from Georgia on Wednesday.

Reilly Opelka defeated Fabio Fognini (Italy) in four sets(6-3,6-4,6-7,6-3)
Denis Kudla Defeated Janko Tipsarevic(Serbia) in 4 sets(3-6,6-1,7-6,6-1)
